Refund policy

Returns and exchanges can be made online but vary by item.  If an item is no longer available a store credit will be issued. 

In order to receive a full return the item must be returned within 30 days of initial purchase.

Refunded item(s) will begin processing once the returned item(s) begin transit back to our warehouse.

For any refunded/return items, there will be a $5-7 handling and processing fee charged to cover the cost of return shipping.  This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.  

All return products must be in the condition in which you received them.  We do not do exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
